Terms of Service

By accessing or using LinearPortal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

LinearPortal provides an AI-powered development sandbox platform allowing users to create, build, and preview software applications using AI agents running in isolated containers.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use LinearPortal.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of automation, spam, or abuse.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial on the Basic plan with 500 AI credits. No payment is required to start a trial.

4.2 Paid Plans

After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription (Basic $9.99/mo, Pro $14.99/mo, or Enterprise $49.99/mo). Plans are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy.

4.3 AI Credits

AI credits are consumed with each AI request. Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You agree not to use LinearPortal to:

• Build, host, or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct cryptomining or resource-intensive background tasks unrelated to development
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data
• Perform network scanning, penetration testing, or DDoS attacks against third parties
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to code, content, and projects you create using LinearPortal. We do not claim ownership of your work.

Our Platform

LinearPortal, its design, logos, and codebase are the intellectual property of LinearPortal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Your use of LinearPortal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive for 99.9% uptime (Pro) and 99.99% (Enterprise). We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinearPortal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary.
